Undisclosed fees. Not just the dreaded "amentities fee" and taxes, but also a staff support fee that was not disclosed anywhere. Mandatory charges should be part of the rate, not tacked on after the fact. Shame on them!

The staff is very nice and accommodating, but the value is relatively poor. First, the famous resort fees that really don’t include anything of real value. Second, the rooms are relatively old. Pros (+) The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the shower had plenty of room to move around in for those on the taller side.
Cons (-) I didn't see any notification about parking when I registered and was a bit surprised to find only valet parking available at cost of $45/night.
