The air conditioner did not keep the room cool. The mattresses were horrible. I woke up in the middle of the night and could not go back to sleep because my back hurt. We had paid for three nights but left after the first night and went to the Best Western down the road. I didn't get my money back but we were not going to spend another night there. However I highly recommend the Best Western.

Cons (-) Well to start my room had water damage on the ceiling my door wall for the balcony took a serious amount of strength and I’m over 6 foot and 200lbs starting with those would be great oh and having a decent front desk staff would be great when I call to tell you my issues with the room and just being told you don’t have any other rooms and hanging up was the final straw I strongly recommend NOT sta...

Pros (+) Had to find another hotel. On my own.
Cons (-) No help given to be relocated. Took five days to get a refund. On a fixed income so had to leave a day early. Very disappointed Kayak

Pros (+) the pool was nice, rooms were clean
Cons (-) Our reservation was lost, the hotel was torn up with construction inside and out, staff was useless in finding our reservation, no food except for a breakfast that we were not given a voucher for due to "booking through a third party"

Cons (-) We didn't know the hotel is under construction until we arrived. They definitely need it, the entire place is out dated and run down.

Pros (+) Less then 5 minutes from the park. Beds were comfortable
Cons (-) Had to duck to use the shower, room smelled like mildew. For the price would expect more.

Pros (+) It was convenient to Colonial Williamsburg, with only a 3 minute drive. If you wanted to walk you probably could too. The price was the best around; we payed 230 for 3 nights.
Cons (-) It wasn't the cleanest and needed to be updated. There was a crack in the sink, a couple of light bulbs were out, and holes in the sheets. If you go here, I suggest bringing your own blankets, and buying Lysol and comet to clean up beforehand.

Pros (+) The rooms were extremely small
Cons (-) Had a bad smell very over crowded the hotel manager was extremely rude and to much construction not clean at all pull out bed was broken bathroom should just have standup showers because they were extremely small I will NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN NEVER
