Pros (+) The design is ok for a business hotel. The location is good if you want to be in Costa Mesa
Cons (-) Staff was not very professional. Didn’t honor the SPG gold upgrade as they said that they are a little hotel. Room is small and bathroom is small and outdated.

Pros (+) Other than front desk staff, all the other staff were very courteous and professional. The room was very nice and the bed very comfortable all in all very nice.
Cons (-) Well after prepaying for the room. For them not allowing me to get keys to the room, because of card damage and not do to lack of cash that they do not except. I had to go to my bank and get another temporary card while my other party had to wait with my luggage. Was completely unacceptable. Cons (-) Service was somewhat lacking. I stayed 3 nights. My room was never serviced by the cleaning crew after I checked in. Mattress was very firm and not very comfortable.
