Cons (-) The staff was extremely rude, which was also brought to the aquarium and museum where 2 of Grand Harbors employees work. They were 2 of the main employees at grand harbor that treated me, my husband, and our 3 little ones absolutely horrible. Was not told the water park would be closed 2 of the 4 days we stayed.
