Pros (+) The location was nice, and the staff was helpful and kind. The on-site restaurant was not only delicious but also staffed by friendly folks.
Cons (-) We experienced problems with the air conditioning in our room, which took several phone calls to the front desk to fix. They were also remodeling the hotel, so there was quite a bit of noise and such during the day. If I had to do it again, I'd stay somewhere else.

Cons (-) I am a female police officer. I went on a mini vacation and stayed in this hotel. Staff, food and cleanliness were great. But I do have a safety suggestion that I unfortunately realized how unsafe this was until I had a bad experience. When you check in they ask you to put on a wrist band that you cannot take off (even if you try) so employees can verify you are a guest at the hotel. Not a problem...

Pros (+) The location was great! The pool is ok but gets better after a few drinks. The beach activities are fun too. Had a great time snorkeling and paddle boarding. The food was AMAZING and very reasonable priced.
Cons (-) The $25 resort fee is a joke(it includes parking, internet, and beach activities). If I have paid for a hotel, I don't want to have to pay more once I get there just to check in. The rooms were very small and had non functional furniture. There is nowhere to store your clothing. The water trampoline had a big tare in it so bouncing was out.
