Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with many noting its proximity to major attractions, subway stations, and vibrant neighborhoods. However, a significant number of reviews mention high noise levels, especially from the street, and several guests report issues with cleanliness and service, such as unresponsive staff, poor housekeeping, and difficulties with amenities. While some appreciate the comfortable rooms and friendly staff, the overall experience is often marred by noise, service lapses, and inconsistent cleanliness.
