Pros (+) The entire facility was filthy. There was trash everywhere. Each trashcan was overflowing onto the ground. The elevator was filthy and full of trash. Pool area (not open) full of trash. Room had a strong artificial odor that made it seem very dirty (covering over other smells?). The breakfast was unavailable due to covid and the listing online should have reflected this.
Cons (-) We reserved two queen beds and was given a room with two fulls without being told so. It was way too small for our family. Unsure why this hotel has good ratings considering how absolutely dirty it was. We highly regretted staying here and should have driven through the night instead of stopping.
