This hotel is very far from 4 stars it’s claiming. Everything is old and run down. No cleaning services daily. Poor quality of linens and towels. Waiting time for concierge call - around 10 min. Considering the price - around $400 a night - it was very disappointing experience.

Cons (-) Everything…front desk service, housekeeping, beach equipment rental was damaged and unusable so ruined day at beach. The provide very little service May 2021….OPEN UP!!! The other hotels are providing 100% of their services.

Pros (+) Great staff; comfortable and attractive rooms; good bar.
Cons (-) The only aspect of the Hyatt that I didn't like is that it is a little attenuated from downtown Sarasota, requiring us to use a car to go downtown.

Pros (+) Great location for anything you wanted to do. Relax, Swim, Kaysk, paddle board, fish, go to the beach. All inclusive to do the above activities. Great pool bar. Friendly and helpful staff starting from your arrival at the front door until you leave. Close proximity to great restraunts, night life and cultural events.
Cons (-) I liked everything. Nothing negative about this Hotel
