Was not able to buy wifi on the plane given, not available for economy tickets. Was not clear when buying the ticket that this was the case.
The food was amazing good especially for evonoply. The seats were comfy more then usually..crew was very nice and helpful.
The overall experience with STARLUX was phenomenal. One of the best highlights for me was the smooth landing in LA(smoothest landing I’ve experienced ever) and the attentiveness of all your staff from check-in to boarding. Also, flight left and landed between airports on time. I highly recommend Starlux to my family and friends and I’m excited to fly with you again.

Great airline. Kind staff, before m, during, and after the flight. They Directed you the whole way. Even when I arrived at my transfer destination, flight attendants guided passengers on which direction to go. I would definitely fly STARLUX again.
Aircraft is new and toilets are spacious, but toilets are quite filthy. They should clean more often. They have a long list of drink offer but are actually not available during meal. They said they’ll come back with them and you don’t get them until after dinner which means you eat your meals without any drinks if you were to get something that they don’t have on the cart. They are strict about removing headphones during take off and landing which is new to us since the movies did not get turned off. Instead, we we’re forced to watch their commercials during that time. We probably would fly with them again but not with the cost we spent. For the record, I work in tourism and travel a lot for inspections.
This Airline is really good! Better than Eva air for sure and more luxury. I really liked all the small details and amenities plus it really is free alcohol!
Efficient boarding, on time departure. Cabin crew all nice looking and well dressed, helpful. Plane interior looked modern and new, fresh condition.
My husband and I like this airlines , lt looks new ,clean & good service. Then we will fly with STARLUX again. And I love their time , it is perfect for my family. See you soon.
Not very much of anything, it probably was once of my least favore business class flights I have experience in all the times that I flew Boz class

Very smooth onboarding and offboarding. Food provided was cold and not the best.
Great. Better than average US carriers on overseas flights. Still room for improvement to rise up the average Asian and Middle East airlines.
My ONLY complaint with Japan Airlines is their in-floght movie options. The choices were very limited and skewed towards lesser movies that are pretty much unknown. On a 13 hour flight I'm dependent on there being a solid list of decent films to pick from. The poor choices made the flight seem twice as long. Next time I'll bring a fully loaded iPad for my movies.
Extremely poor at handling baggage. I had oversized golf bag and JAL would not recheck in Boston. Had to haul by myself to Jet Blue. Both JAL and Jet Blue claimed I had overweight bag. Had to adjust baggage several times. Will avoid JAL in future and I always avoid Jet Blue when I can. QATAR always superior.
The flight was pretty much as expected. Have spent a lot of time flying back and forth from Asia to the US. So it was normal, as usual, most Asian airlines do not have good food, of course, most airlines don't have very good food something to do with 30,000 feet in the air. The seats were a little cramped but that's kind of normal for economy class. Their notification of where to pick up baggage was really screwy. I had to run all over Harry Reid Airport in Vegas to find my baggage. A little better communication about that Would have been much nicer.
The flight attendant were great. But the plane felt old and incredibly outdated. The seat in business class was old and not much padding left. The walls were filthy from years of use.
The food was not that good. I liked the miso, green tea, and ice cream. I wasn’t able to put my carry on bag under the seat in front of me. The flight was smooth. Please expand your choices of movies especially the new ones. I can’t choose any of those films. They’re old.
Good and movies are so old. Needs to have more up-to-date movies.
When requesting water, make sure, as a passenger, you specify cold or ice added to your cup
This was the first time traveling with China Airlines. The Crew, were all professional and bilingual. The aircraft was clean and comfortable. I upgraded to even more space; that process was simple and not super expensive. The meals served were adequate and tasty, and the choices were suitable. After experiencing long flights and being a passenger with China Airlines, I must say I will travel with them again Sincearly Anthony

The crew are amazing. Very professional, polite, kind, and accommodating.
Very bad. They don’t allow group people to sit together by blocking most of seats and opening only single seat during online checking in. . By doing so, they can rip off customers at the check-in counter by collecting extra money if we want to sit together in the same row.
Been flying with China Airline over years many times. Good experience with them, no issues.

The plane was an older model and the entertainment was hard to enjoy on those small screens. I struggled to see clear anything I wanted to watch. The seats where a bit uncomfortable but for a 3 hours flight it was pretty ok. The rest of services were excellent. Highly recommend China Airlines to others.
