Very long flight time. Still better than a connection flight. Staff is very good at service. Vegetarian food is not very good.
Never had a flight delay issue with Korean Air, that's why I always go with this airline.
Korean are so racist and when I ask question or directions they totally ignore me and say racist. Also they give me an rude attitude.
I normally love Korean Air, but this trip was not great. We boarded the plan and were settling into our seats. My son and I use these leg swings and we used it on the trip over to Cambodia, but on the way back the flight attendant very rudely told us we could not use it and that it was against regulations. I asked to see the regulation, but never saw it. The food on this trip was horrible as well, Even my son's kids meal was disgusting so we didn't eat anything on the flight. Thankfully we brought snacks. Entertainment - what happened to the games?
This was an amazing flight. The crew was great. The service was great. The food provided was great.
Flight delayed going to Korea. No free WiFi. Other than that everything else is were good. I would love to fly with Korea airline again
They could have had more up to date movies/better choice of music.
Going through security a third time to get on the next flight was again utterly ridiculous and unnecessary. We were in a International secure area once again and as far as I'm concerned should not have been put through the gears for absolutely no reason. The United States can get all the information they need from the travel itinerary, there was no need to be forced out of a secure area to personally interview everyone on a connecting flight to find out their US immigration status.
Flight arrived early, fantastic, since it is short flight, no food being served
The website is difficult if you don't have an account and sign in as a guest. Seat selection/change is only allowed after they send you an email which I would never received. Otherwise, the Korean Air flight crew was great. Just go to back of plane for snacks and drinks. They provide pillow, blanket and headphones. Movie selection wasn't great imo.
Excellent service in business class. Well worth the slightly higher fare as it includes lounge access, additional luggage weight and a full hot meal on board.

Thai Royal First is very good. Easy check in , Private room in the first class lounge and escort from ticketing to the plane. Once on board crew was very polite, food was outstanding, and the ride was smooth as silk. Restrooms were especially clean. Great Experience
Need to improve on punctuality. My flight was delayed by 1 hour.
Seats were uncomfortable and the vegetarian meal was awful. Some of the entertainment didn't work.
They used Thai Smile plane, which is a smaller model and used to service only domestic flights; hence, the plane is small and quite compact. No entertainment on the flight. While boarding was delayed, it was done in a quick manner.
The flight was delayed going out of the gate at BKK that made it a difficult challenge to get through immigration transfer at tapei and make it to my departure on time. This appears to be a recurring issue. The flight crew and cabin crew were excellent. The food was very nice.
The experience was very good. A little disappointed for the delays and the screen. The touch screen was annoying for being so irresponsive. Not a lot of good movie choices for me. The service is great. Food could have more choices though.
In economy, very cramped. Once the front seat was reclined it was almost impossible to get in and out of our seat. The personnel was excellent.

Flight from Hong Kong to LAX was late, the plane was grubby, overcrowded and hot. I recently flew Starlux and that was a MUCH better experience.
The crew, pilots and flight attendants were all amazing. What could be better is reinforcing that seats cannot be reclined at departure and landing. I had a person seated in front of me who had her seat all the way inclined, including during take-off - after the crew asked her to seat upright. Cathay Pacific should reinforce this safety request and perhaps penalize those who don't follow it. I felt very unsafe with this person limiting my space and perhaps putting my life in danger in the "unlikely" case of an emergency.
They downgraded me from premium economy to regular economy and me had 2 major lay over and had to have an emergency landing due to engine failure mid flight Don’t use them worst experience I have ever had still dealing with the trauma

Plane was ancient, poor seating, layover time for flight to Raleigh was insanely short and total disaster, plane arrived in Vancouver late, luggage did not arrive in Raleigh with Raleigh flight. I lost cell phone in customs because of rushing to catch next flight.
The seats can always be bigger and have more leg room.
The flight to PHL was cancelled. They couldn't find luggage. Long lines, staff was disorganized, didn't care. Luggage still not found.
Everything good except food! Much less appealing compared to trip from Canada to Asia…rolls and sandwich still semi-frozen, etc
In flight entertainment was good. Food tasted terrible. Service was adequate but largely unhelpful. For example, we had a short layover after the flight. When I inquired about the possibility of exiting more quickly (we were in the back), we were informed that this was not possible. On our next flight, the captain made an announcement requesting that people who did not have connecting flights to allow those who did to exit first. If given a choice in the future, I would not fly Air Canada.
Do something about that crying baby the whole flight. lol

Air.Canada assisted passengers with hotels, cabs, and accommodations when the flight was delayed because of mechanical problems.
