Everything was good. The red seats were a scam. Just like any other seat but red. Although they let you board earlier which was very nice.

I get so tired of the constant delays, but there are so few options. The plane is coming from Bangkok each time. Why are the flights so regularly delayed. I do appreciate the speed of the baggage delivery into the terminal.
No way to talk to support. Is all online self help or chat bot. Now way to speak to a person and the automated options are useless.
Airline cancelled our flight purchased through kiwi.com 2 months before travel and to date has inly refunded half of our paid ticket price.
CNX is a filthy, poorly kept airport. I have heard that Thailand plans to build another airport in San Kampaeng area, so perhaps they are just letting this one go. But it makes every airline look badly to offer their service in such a poorly organized "dump". Sorry to say this, but that's what it's like. At least the AirAsia flight which I took was on time! I appreciate that.
Air Asia will be my choice of airline when I fly to Asia every 6 to 8 weeks. Thank you for your good service.

I rated the experience poor because I had to purchase new tickets to return to Phuket because the airline had no record of my flight.
i think allowing passenger to have personal handbags or bags in their lap is a safety issue. As for food there was not onbpard and had no other choice. We also waited for over 1hour 10 min for some reason and keep getting we will be departing soon.
Newer plane and comfortable. No wifi and thier website and App. are horrible. Tried to purchase luggage online and could not do it.
I don't like this airline. The website is not user friendly. I tried to check in multiple times and no joy. Then I googled why might this airline not let me check in and it said if you are checking baggage you can't check in. I really thought that I had purchased baggage. Because I have been traveling for 3 months and making sure that I pay for baggage on every flight. This flight they said that I had not purchased baggage but there is really no way to check on the passenger side.
I wasn't able to check in. The website could find my reservation but then an error occurred. I tried 4 times spread out through the day and got the error message every time.
A truly unpleasant experience with Vietjet. The check-in especially was unacceptable. Our purchased ticket stipulated that our paid-for baggage included one checked bag (20kg), a carry-on (7kg), and a personal item that must fit under the seat. The check-in team insisted that the 7kg limit also included the personal item, which was not mentioned on our ticket. They would not listen to any reason, including that we had planned our trip around these weight limits. We were forced to purchase expensive overage baggage as a result. Throughout, the staff at Denpasar Airport was extremely rude and threatening in their behavior. When we boarded the plane, Vietjet's service did not improve. The lavatory didn't have soap at the very beginning of the flight and this wasn't fixed. We were also made to board a full hour before take-off, only to sit for no reason on the tarmac before a long flight. I wouldn't fly with Vietjet again.
Around Asia, Vietjet is always my favorite airline. Great service and beautiful stewardesses :)
There were four delays over a period of 3 1/2 hours with very little advance warning. There was no explanation offered as to the reason for the delays. I hope I never have to fly a Thai Viet Jet Air again.
Left 1/2 hour late and had to deboard on a bus. I will choose another airline from now on.
Service before boarding, boarding staff made me buy another return ticket as my Evisa was processing, when I landed my visa was already delivered as I new it would be, wasted money because this arrogant self important b wanted to show her authority
