Never went. Got rescheduled with Phillipine Airlines to Bali, which was fine.

Crew was good. Sometimes food was eh. The spaghetti is gross for me. First time i got food, they didn’t provide utensils so i ate with my hands. I was hungry. They gave it to me 20 mins later when a crew member came by. I would fly with them again. Nobody is perfect

I am really satisfied with Eva Air and will definitely fly with them again.

Service was great didn't leave on time was not good

Service was great. Flight schedule was on time. Staffs are friendly.

Overall was good but it would be good if the airline is providing snack such as sandwich or instant noodle between meals for LA to Taipei

Crew are excellent. Food was good generally. Seats are small and there isn’t much leg room. Overhead bins are very small.

From checking at the airport to end of flights, attentive and caring personnel, comfortable seating, great food. I plan on using EVA again. Thank you, all.
