Very good except my gluten free coeliac meal was not loaded

This flight was OK, and about as good as a long-haul economy flight gets. The Good: * I was seated in a row with my family; * There was (just) enough space in the overhead bins for our luggage; * The cabin never got too hot; * The meal and beverage service was decent, and included all-metal cutlery; * The entertainment was good; * The cabin attendants were friendly and helpful. * Immigration control at JFK was a breeze -- all we had to do was get our photos taken, and we were through! Presumably this was because Madrid shared all our information with JFK in advance, but we were out of the airport within about 10 or 15 mins of getting off the plane, which is by far the fastest I have ever got out of JFK! The Bad: * We flew economy, so of course the seats were tiny and it was very cramped; * The seats were also hard -- I had a sore butt by the end, despite using the provided cushion; * The cabin got a bit too cold at one point (although I MUCH prefer this to cabins that are too hot), and Iberia also provided a blanket.

This was a short hop internal flight from Seville to Madrid, so it was a small Regional Jet. Boarding required taking a shuttle bus from the gate to the plane, and we had to wait around standing on the crowded bus -- which WAS air conditioned, at least -- until the plane was ready for us to board. The flight itself was fine -- although the seats were tiny, there was no-one seated next to me, so it was reasonably comfortable. There was no food or beverage service, and no readily-accessible entertainment (apparently there was entertainment you could access via a closed wifi network, but it seemed more trouble than it was worth), so I pretty much slept for the entire short flight.

I slept through almost all of this short flight so didn’t experience this myself, but my daughter was appalled that a older passenger in the seat behind her put her naked and extremely scary feet on the back of her armrest.

Horrible as a connecting passenger. The airport experience is horrendous in Madrid. Once on the flight everything was fine. Stop selling connecting flights through Madrid with less than 2 hrs transit time!!

It’s the old style plane with the old Ying Yang seats doesn’t compare to other airlines with newer planes.

BA gave away one of the seats I paid for. Within the last minutes before boarding, my partner couldn't make the flight. I should have had a seat next to me that was empty.

Timely service. London city is easy to get in and out once you reach the airport

We were kept waiting at the gate for 2 hours without explanation

Good flight. Was delayed, but that wasn’t a big deal. The crew were nice. Unfortunately the seats still recline, I had to ask the passenger in front of me to get her seat upright, as she made herself too comfortable and I was unable to move in my seat. EasyJet seats are fixed now to avoid such aggravation. About one third of the plane was empty, but when I checked in before departure, I was unable to change my seat without incurring expenses. That leaves a bitter taste in the mouth.
