Figure out how to pre-order food and drink if you’re seated in the rear of the plane if you want to eat or drink something to start warm on such a short flight.
WalterFlew with Vietnam Airlines-Apr 2026
The flight did not have built in screens and did not have power taps to charge devices, so be prepared. It did have wifi.

Don’t fly out of Subang to Seletar if there’s bad weather. High chances of flights being turned back.
MIAFlew with Batik Air-Feb 2025
I wouldn’t recommend Batik Air based on my experience. If you’re flying from Kuala Lumpur to Johor Bahru, I suggest choosing another airline for better service and reliability. Also, always arrive at the gate early, as some airlines might refuse boarding even when there’s still time before departure.

Be careful, get a flight way early for your connection flight. I noticed a lot of delay in my day traveling back from Langkawi
AndrewFlew with Firefly-Oct 2024
Short hop, so no need to prepare too much. They provide water, some snacks on board the flight. Not much space for on board baggage, so bring as little as you need on board.
MarkFlew with แอร์เอเชีย-Nov 2024
Make sure if you’ve traveled else where you my need to up your luggage from the minimum I did it’s cheaper in advance.
JanFlew with แอร์เอเชีย-Jun 2024
There is little food once you're past the emigration counter. If you want to eat, do so in the main airport hall.

check the previous flight in flightaware so you're not gonna miss the connecting flight

Be prepared for long queue at the airport as, unlike other budget carriers, Jetstar doesn’t have automated check-in kiosks in Penang Airport.
WongFlew with แอร์เอเชีย-Jan 2024
Shuvanabhumi Airport is the most convenient , reach airport by ARL without walking too much. Whereas Don Mueang airport need to walk far from Red Line station . For international flight, you need to walk pass domestic terminal to the international departure hall.
Eu SwanFlew with Singapore Airlines-Feb 2024
The KLIA aerotrain is not running, make sure you have the right terminal and allow time to take the bus from the domestic to international terminal.

Check which flight time always suffers delay and don't book that flight.
