my experience with kayak was terrible. Team kayak just left me with a booking and limbo and preffered not to contact me.. Instead when I contacted the team they said the booking is cancelled. Seriously 5 days after booking u were waiting of my call to inform me of the incompetence of the team. This will be taken up with higher authorities

Food is good, staff is good... Wi-fi quality is poor, disembarkment after landing is atrocious.

The aircraft interiors are falling apart. Felt like a waste paying for business class as it was indistinguishable from economy in any way.

Bags got damaged for multiple passengers, and they wouldn't even reimburse the depreciated price of the bag.

Air India needs to launch new planes. Seats are worn out, most of the plane's TV screens wasn't working, USB charging ports wasn't working as well so I can charge my phone & watch my download movies, Food was mediocre, the plane smells. How can Air India put through their customers with this bad experience? This complaint needs to get escalated to the upper management. How shameful is the upper management to improve this plane? The flight is going back & forth from NEW YORK & DELHI. Two of the big cities in the world and this is how your experience is for sitting in a plane for 12+ hrs? Get your planes fixed ASAP Air India (TATA Management do your job right).

Lot of things AIR INDIA needs to improve. Poor service for wheelchair. Crew has improved after TATA took over, yet there are some crew who are still live in old mindset . Throughout the journey we have faced number of issues. For example , my wife boarding pas was issued in some other passenger's name which put us in problem. When AIR INDIA at San Franscisco later issued correct boarding pass, they did not change tag on checked in bag with correct name, This led to hold on of our checked bag. They moved us here and there to get our bag. Food was dried.eg. Rice plate was hot but it rice were dried. Once, I was not given my food even upto all completed their dish. It was given after reminders and when I got later some items were missing. Wheelchair service is poor. The wheelchair carriers ask money at every stage, not only that but they demand more money. How can they ask money from old, aged citizens and disabled persons. This is absolutely nonsense. Even I did not get my checked in bag at Vadodara Airport, it is still missing. They have not given me copy of complaint, only they registered complaint. I also got my one checked bag in damaged condition. There are different issues at different locations which I do not want to highlight. So overall service is poor.

Having travelled quite a lot in my life -- Air India flight from Washington to New Delhi on November 19, 2023 - I thought was the worst ever - little did I know at that time that the flight back - from Delhi To Washington on December 6 - would be an actual NIGHTMARE for me and for about a dozen of fellow citizens from the United States who were experiencing it with me! Two of the passengers had kids: a baby and a toddler who was sick at the time, three or more elderly people of about 70 years old or more, I also remember a woman of about thirty years old who looked about 10 years older after the ordeal was closer to the end- on the flight from LONDON !!! (they sent us all to London instead of Washington!!! (The transit flight from Kathmandu - to Delhi - also by Air India- was delayed 3! times from 9,50 p.m. to 11.50 - which lead transit passengers to be late not by their fault but by the same Air India fault!!! - at after midnight at the transit counter at Delhi airport we were told there was no room in a hotel, that all we could do "call the center'' --- managers as well as clerks were at minimum rude and ignorant - finally we had nothing other to do than to leave to London at their suggestion at 7 !!! in the morning (the flight was also late for an hour) to later fly from London to Washington! If only you have the slightest choice NEVER DEAL WITH AIR INDIA even if it is the cheapest route!!!

Nothing was like, service was very poor to worst. Front TV 70% we’re not working, after several request nobody was listing or behavior was like do not care what traveler thinking. Seat wire was came out from seat and seat were horrible. I thought Tata has buy the airline, there should be good service , but it was worst than before. Plain condition was horrible. I am very much afraid for return flight, we are75+ need comfort

Delhi to IAD light was just the opposite experience what we experienced during Mumbai to Delhi flight
