Pack a hoodie and wear pants. Don't purchase anything past initial security check- youll have to empty any drink- even a sealed cola can- before getting through a secondary screening at your gate.

Airport departure is a zoo. You have to show documents of travel just to gain entry. Confusing inside but staff very helpful in getting you lined up where you need to be. Immigration and security screening typical however when you arrive at departure gate you are not allowed to bring any drinks into the gate area and it is a long dry period until first service onboard. You can leave the gate area but must go through secondary screening again to return to the gate waiting area.

Check your all or most of your luggage if you can. Take a small light carry for your must have items with you such as snacks, book and electronics on hand accessible during the flight.

Take a tennis ball with you. It can help with the long flight - simply but under your feet and roll, to help with blood circulation whilst sitting for 18+ hours!

Bring a sweater, a mask and wear socks. Although they provided a blanket, it’s very chilly on a long flight. I caught a nasty cold from the flight and wasn’t masked up. Other than that our flight was great and comfortable.

Other than spotty internet, great servic, comfortable and smooth flight!

Crew was good. Sometimes food was eh. The spaghetti is gross for me. First time i got food, they didn’t provide utensils so i ate with my hands. I was hungry. They gave it to me 20 mins later when a crew member came by. I would fly with them again. Nobody is perfect

Eva air was fine - Trip.com via KAYAK sold my family access to a “VIP” lounge fo a layover in Taipei… i’m please look at my pictures. It was a scam, Trip.com knows it and they are perpetrating a fraud through your web site.

My luggage was lost and didnt arrive in manila yesterday. And until now im still waiting for the confirmation if my luggage is teady for pick up in terminal 1

EVA canceled me out of the return flight from Manila to Spokane so we had to rebook and repay. Very unprofessional!! Still have not returned home!!

Service was great. Flight schedule was on time. Staffs are friendly.

My flight was amazing smooth and the attendants were so friendly and nice

Crew are excellent. Food was good generally. Seats are small and there isn’t much leg room. Overhead bins are very small.

What could have been better, was we were delayed from takeoff for two hours. Initially we were informed that we were delayed for refueling. Then we taxied out on the tarmac, then just waited there for a long time, with no explanation of the delay. Were we just waiting on takeoff clearance or was there some other reason for the delay? The pilot, nor none of the crew informed us passengers. That was not good customer service. That needs to be improved, whenever a delay, inform the passengers for the reason.

More seat space More bathrooms Charging outlets Plane was old

Average seat comfort, a drink and chips were provided, early boarding because we checked a carryon at the gate was nice. Ticket pricing shenanigans, including fees to pick a seat, check a bag, and get food onboard - evidence the industry is reinvigorating last century’s strategies- destroys the experience before one ever arrives at the airport. It’s difficult to recognize any value or sustain loyalty in the end-to-end process making air travel more drudgery than pleasure.

Gate agent was unhelpful for handicapped boarding. Flight attendant seemed untrained.

Great flight with a terrific crew. Uneventful and early arrival. Thank you.

No service flight that took 5 hrs and a stop at an unscheduled airport. Crew and pilots did their jobs

Clean planes and not take my comfort class seat away.

Weather caused a long delay, but the efficiency and updates from the pilot were helpful. We were able to make our connection fortunately.

Flight was delayed. Then eventually cancelled. The female staff that was announcing overhead was unprofessional. She was telling everyone that the company is not going to give any money for taxi, hotel etc. then eventually the flight was cancelled.

My service light was on 15 minutes before I had to get up and find a glass of ice. And I was in business class. The meals were not for either my wife and I. She did not eat the entire 10 hour flight and I managed a bowl of soup. I was expecting much more from business with what we paid.

Planes were clean, no water or snacks on either flight.

Free & relatively fast Wi-Fi. Would've liked a wider drink selection.
