Paid for seat upgrades but the seats were broken so had to move to seats with no leg room. Overall, service was poor. Asked for a blanket, which everyone received but there wasn't one on my chair--told that there wasn't anymore, but then saw them give out extra blankets to people and saw a huge stack of extra blankets.

Boarding was slow and could have been faster. Flight delayed over an hour and mad rush to catch the connecting flight which was very stressful for seniors! Luggages did not make it and no compensation whatsoever. Although announcements on plane was made for passengers with connecting flights to disembark first, reality was different as not adhered.

Great experience in business class. Plane seat configuration is dated with three seats in a row but very spacious and lie flat worked fine. Entertainment options are limited but sufficient for the flight duration. WiFi does not work. Flight attendants are awesome and food is OK.

They asked me to go down to economy when i booked for comfort class

There was something that did not work on every fligjt. No water in business class washroom and inflight entertainment system did not work in business class.

I am a tall person so the seat was rather small for me lucky for me it was a short flight or i would not have been able to fly long distance in a seat that size.
