Excellent service in business class. Well worth the slightly higher fare as it includes lounge access, additional luggage weight and a full hot meal on board.
We still get drinks and a snack. Love the gift bags too.
Although booked meal of fruit only The crew had not received this special meal The same happened on my flight Bangkok / CAN The films are so old that best is to use own computer to watch downloads . Serve nuts but they do not warm up . Service is attentive , WC clean
The boarding efficiency was good. A couple of the flight attendants did not seem in the best of moods. Overall it was a good experience.
Always liked Thai Airways but in the past they have been very expensive, not being a millionaire just yet, I will use cheaper airlines. Bangkok to London £370 11 hours 45 mins. Old plane but ok. Lovely ladies on board, very polite. Food was ok. Will always use them if the price is right.
The flight attendants ignored us several times which was annoying. The sandwich thing wasn't very good but it's only an hour flight, it would have been better to have entertainment over bad food.
Extra seat belt across the chest 10 minutes before taking off and 15 minutes before landing seemed excessively safe.
The transfer from Domestic and International was a bit confusing but I am easily confused. I did not eat any food, but the food on the other leg was decent. It was nice they turned the lights off on the night flight. The plane was in good shape, but was a little cramped in economy and I am small. They gave me a customs form to fill out and nobody looked at it as I went through customs. Not a bad flight.
After going back and forth with the airline, they never reimbursed the airline tickets. Went around asking multiple people how to get reimbursed and kept getting put back, not satisfied with their customer service.
No working jet bridge to deplane, with priority customers deplaning last. Followed by bus to terminal.

Efficient and fast check in, courteous staff at counter and on board. On time departure and arrival. AIR ASIA is my favorite international thailand carrier for reasonable cost and excellent customer service!
Delayed us three times, changed gates twice, and then tried to charge for food on the plane.
Air Asia just dreadfull. Always poorest customer service and very unwelcoming staff which is clearly bread in from the Top down from the CEO
Everything was good. The red seats were a scam. Just like any other seat but red. Although they let you board earlier which was very nice.
Ontime, no frills, the cabin is clean, the ticket price is lower than the full-service airlines.
Took 4 flights in 5 days 3 out of 4 left late about one hour each.

I get so tired of the constant delays, but there are so few options. The plane is coming from Bangkok each time. Why are the flights so regularly delayed. I do appreciate the speed of the baggage delivery into the terminal.
I rated the experience poor because I had to purchase new tickets to return to Phuket because the airline had no record of my flight.
i think allowing passenger to have personal handbags or bags in their lap is a safety issue. As for food there was not onbpard and had no other choice. We also waited for over 1hour 10 min for some reason and keep getting we will be departing soon.
Newer plane and comfortable. No wifi and thier website and App. are horrible. Tried to purchase luggage online and could not do it.
I don't like this airline. The website is not user friendly. I tried to check in multiple times and no joy. Then I googled why might this airline not let me check in and it said if you are checking baggage you can't check in. I really thought that I had purchased baggage. Because I have been traveling for 3 months and making sure that I pay for baggage on every flight. This flight they said that I had not purchased baggage but there is really no way to check on the passenger side.
I wasn't able to check in. The website could find my reservation but then an error occurred. I tried 4 times spread out through the day and got the error message every time.
well it was a short flight so there was no food but couldnt answer that question with a N/A There was no entertainment so N/A but the flight was great and staff was number #1
Never on time when I fly and Thai Vietjet App is too complicated. I had booked und paid for seat number 15A but when checked in, I got another seat number and row. I paid extra 50 bath for what??? They couldn’t change and I got no refund. No time to discuss with the ground crew to change it. I would never pay for seat anymore.
Excellent experience nothing could be improved with staff. Was hoping someday the airline will use tape recorded lfor languages that are not common to staff. Probably with AI it might be a good addition
We were packed in like sardines. They did not even serve water on the flight!
If you need to check luggage, make sure you buy the allowance upfront via their official website. Otherwise a bag will cost you more than the airfare.
Everything were ok except that if we wanted to drink even a glass of water in the plane we had to pay !!

Delay of 3 hrs and they offered only Macdonalds pineapple pays. Not any good
The return flight was delayed for more than 4 hours. Luckily we were in the airport way in advance and managed to reach out to the Nok Air sales office to squeeze us into the earlier flight.
Lead flight attendant was rude and not helpful. Very unprofessional.
Purchased additional baggage and the flight was canceled due to covid. When they rebooked us they didn’t carry over the extra baggage. They wanted to charge 3x the original ticket price for “added” weight… 6000 bhat for an additional 15kilo (which would of been easily covered by what we originally booked) took nearly 2 hours to work out and they only let us check in minutes before our flight boarded. Very unhappy.
