George really a big help, I booked at the third party and for some reason their payment for my room didn't go through, so I have to cancel my booking with them and booked straight to Hilton..and kayak customer service told me to send them the invoice for refund but until now they didn't reach out to me..so I will never used kayak again.

Pros (+) Clean, friendly, nice room, easy parking and in and out.
Cons (-) Had to unplug the refrigerator because it was noisy. The Thursday gardening leaf-blower woke me from my nap - two- cycle leaf blowers drive me crazy!

Pros (+) Nice room, plenty of parking, close to shopping and restaurants. Good breakfast. Shuttle service.
Cons (-) A/C was ridiculously loud... not white-noise loud but helicopter flying overhead loud. To get around this I had to precool my room and raise the A/C setpoint before I went to bed; not ideal but sufficient for the duration of my stay. Pros (+) The hotel overall was excellent. Great staff.
Cons (-) The bathroom to our room was an handicap bathroom. As a result when we took a sower the water got all over the bathroom floor. It did not drain during the night and when we got up there were still water all over the floor. It's a safety hazard walking into the bathroom. We had to use the towels to push the water towards the drain.
