Understaffed, shabby, and no support when things go wrong. Everything is dark and there are stains on all fabrics. Things may be clean, they are just stained. Feels like a 2.5 star hotel in a good location. Neighborhood is safe and clean, and this is the only good hotel in the mid-town/east Mem area, so there's that.
