Pros (+) The people are great and incredibly thoughtful. The hotel itself is very nice and has that Courtyard consistency that everyone loves.
Cons (-) Well, they took away the free continental breakfast. The drinks at the bar are $9 which is crazy for Montgomery.

Pros (+) The cleanliness of the property as well as the choice of furnishings in the room.
Cons (-) I was awakened twice by someone on their staff attempting to enter the room although the lock was on the door. The computer was down when we checked in so she said they had no way of knowing which rooms were occupied. The wifi still didn't work after their computer issues were resolved, so I didn't get much work done.
