Pros (+) Location was good . Close to town.
Cons (-) There was no breakfast offered as stated when you booked room. There is inside dining allowed , so something should have been offered for breakfast. Heating and air conditioning did not work properly. Very loud unit and was not controllable inside room with temperature or on / off. No sleep so not good ! I would not recommend staying there. The cost was too much for the quality !
