Pros (+) It is run by great people, a German man and his Thai wife, both speak great English and are very hospitable people. Very cheap but also spacious and clean, every room has at least a fridge, kettle and kitchen sink and table. Convenient location for me.
Cons (-) Nothing to dislike.
