Pros (+) Staff was great especially Anna. This is an excellent location with in walking distance to the River Walk and the Alamo.
Cons (-) Rooms were in the process of being updated.

Cons (-) Insects were crawling in the room the TV didnt work nor could it be fixed. The furniture is very old and when I asked for a different room I was told it would cost me an additional 20 dollars for a room with an additional bed cause no more of my rooms were available.

Pros (+) This hotel was by far the dirtiest, unsafe hotel I have ever stayed in. The clerk was unprofessional and could care less. There was prostitutes, drug transactions and people hanging out in the parking lot, waiting for the next "john". I took a chair from the room, and sat by my vehicle with my firearm to protect it. Pros (+) The only good thing was I didn't have to pay full price. This experience has taught me to pay more attention to reviews.

Pros (+) The convience of being close to downtown. The staff was very nice and helpful. There were restaurants within walking distance.
Cons (-) I had no refrigerator and no microwave. The breakfast wasn't good at all! The other front desk clerk didn't know anything.
