Pros (+) Price, service, location, free breakfast was pretty good
Cons (-) Exterior entrance to room. in order to cool the room adequately I had to set the AC so chilly them that it was uncomfortably freezing to sit on the one loveseat provided which was immediately adjacent to the blower.

Pros (+) Water pressure and temperature was better than most 5 star hotels I’ve been in. Jacuzzi and pool were well maintained. Rooms were large and clean. Microwave and fridge in each room was useful. Parking is plentiful. Hot breakfast and good staff complete the experience.

Cons (-) Ice machine on 2nd floor. Chaotic breakfast setup. Would have been nice to allow patrons to make their own waffles instead of forcing them to stand in line and wait with peoplr also waiting for the grill.

Pros (+) It was very easy to book. I ended up having to book two separate nights at the last minute. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was satisfactory. The rooms were comfortable.

Cons (-) Front desk staff was not helpful at all. I had wanted a much quieter room due to another room being worked on. Too noisy ! Will not visit or recommend this particular best western . I have stayed at a best western in Brooklyn New York and they were way more helpful.
