The hotel was very run down. The fridge would fall out of the cabinet when you tried to open it. I asked to have the conditioner in the shower refilled (empty when we got there) 4 times. Never refilled. Coffee pot was not restocked daily and did not work well. Several plug ins did not work. I politely tried to inform them when we checked out. It appeared to go on deaf ears. Pros (+) we had a amazing breakfast, full buffet!!
Cons (-) we had a issue with getting hot water in the sink, it took over 3mins to get hot water. The shower was fine, which was weird!

Pros (+) Everyone was extremely helpful and respectful of our needs. Pool was fantastic for parents n children alike.
