Pros (+) Very clean and decent location in relation to Venice. Staff was helpful regarding the area as it was our first time visiting Venice. Breakfast was good, but very pricey.
Cons (-) Room would not cool more than 22 C, which was too warm at night.

Pros (+) I enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms, the decor, and the view of the riverfront. The room gave me every indication to believe the place was high end.
Cons (-) The place seemed dead. All the lights in the hallways were off, the water in the shower fluctuated temperatures when used (like it hasn't been used for an extended period of time), I only bumped into one other guest in my building during my 1 day stay, and I could tell from the outside how many rooms were occupied - I'd say around 10% at best. This place was huge! Prior to arrival, I didn't think ...
