Efficient and fast check in, courteous staff at counter and on board. On time departure and arrival. AIR ASIA is my favorite international thailand carrier for reasonable cost and excellent customer service!
Delayed us three times, changed gates twice, and then tried to charge for food on the plane.
Very good, it would be good if payment for drinks could be accepted by card too.
Ontime, no frills, the cabin is clean, the ticket price is lower than the full-service airlines.
Paid for a meal we didn't receive. They admitted they had forgetten ours. No compensation or rectification offered. We requested if they would just give us a glass of wine instead and we would call it even. Crew advised they could not do this and to go to Air Asia counter on arrival and request a refund. Our flight didn't arrive until 2am so this was not a viable option. The crews solution was if we wanted a wine we should purchase one. I was unhappy with that suggestion considering they had already ripped us off with our meal.
The boarding process was very poor - refueling on so rear ladder blocked. I think while boarding both ladders should be accessible so that passengers are comfortable instead of crowding through front ladder
Very few crew meant that we had to wait almost 2 hours just the get a drink!
Thai Air Asia no longer has customer support that you can call and talk to. All support is done by chat bot or self help websites. This can be a major issue if you have a problem and it bit us so we can’t recommend nor will we book with them again unless as a last resort.

50 minutes delay on boarding,but overall delay time almost 2 hours on arrival.
I specifically searched for flight with checkin bags. Airfare assist website still sold tickets without check in bags and I had to pay 3 times more for my bad. Worst experience ever with untrained staff and haphazard boarding
As a frequent flyer, I was impressed with the smooth take off.
No frills means no frills... I just got on the plane and flew. That's all. Nothing more and nothing less. Or I did buy some water, they took cash only! LOL
First the flight delayed 1 hour ND then when we suppose to landing the pilot decided not to land at the chiang Mai Airport but the chiang rai airport
I liked that we got to our destination safely. I did not like the “no” amenities. The plane was very cold and a blanket was only offered for sale. In fact the only things you could get were for sale. Food, water, snack, etc. I’m very surprised that they did not charge to use the lavatory. The seats were uncomfortable and did not adjust. My butt literally hurt after just a 4 hour flight. I don’t remember the cost of the flight, but more than $10 was not worth it. I’ll never fly Cebu airlines again. Ever!
Leaving early was wonderful your seats are for a small person

I had excellent experienced flying with Cebu Pacific on my domestic flight. However, no food and beverage serve might be due to short travel time of 40 minutes.

i liked that the flight crew noticed my discomfort with the small leg space (I'm 6'2") and offered the emergency row. The fight attendants were very friendly, a definite strength with Cebu Pacific. I didn't like the leg space in my original seating.
Terrible, I will never ever ever attempt to fly on Cebu Pacific. I understand that it’s a cheap flight option but they take cheap experience to the next level.

Poor service in Bangkok. Flight attendant is not friendly. You have to buy everything like water and coffee. Expecting for International should have free food or free snacks.

Boarding with air asia is excellent via organized lines by zone except when there is only 1 gate agent and no scanner, only by tearing tickets??? Crazy
The flight was supposed to depart at 9:25. It departed at 9:00. Im glad we were early and did not miss it.
Terrible airline! This airline just ruined our family vacation due to a 12 hours delay as a result of their operational issues.
Our flight was canceled and then moved and delayed twice and we ended up leaving almost 11 hours after our schedule.

The check in process was horrible. We were not advised that a Visa was required. And during check in, we were told that it was only going to cost $8.00 but was actually $88.00. The female agent who checked me in last minute also gave me attitude and said to me, “galit ka pa ba?” Almost as if it were my fault thst I was frustrated. I work in the airline industry and work for a US carrier where we advise passengers if possible documents needed for travel. Not only was this female agents attitude rude and unprofessional, but she was acting as if she didn’t care about anything or whether or not I got in the flight. She kept insisting that “I wait for an email showing that my K-ETA was approved, but had I waited for an email, I would’ve missed my flight. I will never again fly on this carrier, even if they cost the cheapest, because my experience with the front line customer facing employees was horrible. Im also going to make sure I share this experience with family and friends via social media and word of mouth.
Not even water served - in the tropics, can at least give each passenger a small bottle! How much will that cost Air Asia? … less than 1% of a ticket price.

The return flight was delayed for more than 4 hours. Luckily we were in the airport way in advance and managed to reach out to the Nok Air sales office to squeeze us into the earlier flight.
Lead flight attendant was rude and not helpful. Very unprofessional.
Purchased additional baggage and the flight was canceled due to covid. When they rebooked us they didn’t carry over the extra baggage. They wanted to charge 3x the original ticket price for “added” weight… 6000 bhat for an additional 15kilo (which would of been easily covered by what we originally booked) took nearly 2 hours to work out and they only let us check in minutes before our flight boarded. Very unhappy.
