This was the first time traveling with China Airlines. The Crew, were all professional and bilingual. The aircraft was clean and comfortable. I upgraded to even more space; that process was simple and not super expensive. The meals served were adequate and tasty, and the choices were suitable. After experiencing long flights and being a passenger with China Airlines, I must say I will travel with them again Sincearly Anthony
We were not sat together for the longeset duration of our travel very uncomfortable didnt enjoy that they fed us at 2 am
The crew were professional and attentive. Blankets and pillows were on each seat which was appreciated. The food was served warm and had a balance of various nutritional options. As far as the monitor there were not enough English speaking choices and foreign shows did not offer English captions.
Everything was fine except the seats were quite compressed and hard for the 12 hour flight
The crew was very professional and friendly. Although there was a water leak from panel above, the crew was trying to mitigate the consequence. We are happy with its service and the value offered. We will definitely take China Airlines again.

The plane was an older model and the entertainment was hard to enjoy on those small screens. I struggled to see clear anything I wanted to watch. The seats where a bit uncomfortable but for a 3 hours flight it was pretty ok. The rest of services were excellent. Highly recommend China Airlines to others.

Efficient and fast check in, courteous staff at counter and on board. On time departure and arrival. AIR ASIA is my favorite international thailand carrier for reasonable cost and excellent customer service!
Everything was good. The red seats were a scam. Just like any other seat but red. Although they let you board earlier which was very nice.

I get so tired of the constant delays, but there are so few options. The plane is coming from Bangkok each time. Why are the flights so regularly delayed. I do appreciate the speed of the baggage delivery into the terminal.
No way to talk to support. Is all online self help or chat bot. Now way to speak to a person and the automated options are useless.
Airline cancelled our flight purchased through kiwi.com 2 months before travel and to date has inly refunded half of our paid ticket price.
CNX is a filthy, poorly kept airport. I have heard that Thailand plans to build another airport in San Kampaeng area, so perhaps they are just letting this one go. But it makes every airline look badly to offer their service in such a poorly organized "dump". Sorry to say this, but that's what it's like. At least the AirAsia flight which I took was on time! I appreciate that.
Air Asia will be my choice of airline when I fly to Asia every 6 to 8 weeks. Thank you for your good service.
