Leaving early was wonderful your seats are for a small person
Passengers seemed to ignore zone boarding which added some chaos. Actual flight was fine. CebPac charges for water and snacks. De-boarding involved steps from a plane, then a bus and a very long ride to the terminal. Baggage signage was updated after luggage came on the carousel, so this was confusing.
Terrible. Not to be trusted. I missed a flight from Manila due to 3+ hours in traffic to the airport. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. I booked a new flight. The cost was steep. And on my credit card online account, Cebu Pacific charged me for two tickets, yet I'm traveling alone, one person. They are impossible to reach and pathetic customer service. My credit card company is looking into it. NEVER, NEVER fly Cebu Pacific. They will rip you off. They don't care, they don't have to. Fly another airline in the Philippines.
Most passengers going to Dumaguete early are tourists who are some booked thier ferry online. Mine was wasted because of delays cause by waiting on runway before taking off and too long before they let us go down...I could still make it in time if they let us go down early. We are just there waiting to go down the plane for 10-15mins.
We were allowed to board early, seats were spacious and we arrived early.
The seats were dirty. Food on tray table. Late on my first flight and almost an hour early on the return. My driver was unable to adjust and I had to pay for different ground transportation.
I had excellent experienced flying with Cebu Pacific on my domestic flight. However, no food and beverage serve might be due to short travel time of 40 minutes.
No entertainment and not expected. Cabin was very cold which brought the comfort score down

flight cancelled.. booked through orbitz, yet orbitz won't handle refunds.. never use them again..
Pleasant airline over all. On time, efficient, nice staff and good food.
This flight was excellent in all ways if they could repeat it consistently they would grow immediately
Philippines AirAsia is never on-time flight, delayed 3 hours. Everything else was fine though.

The flight was delayed by an hour . Traveling with 75 year old father was difficult and then when he asked for water he was asked to purchase :-) . Overall just an ok experience.
Overall service is good, the only thing I would like airasia to improve is there seating. Their seat handles are broken as well as the back rest
Boarding with air asia is excellent via organized lines by zone except when there is only 1 gate agent and no scanner, only by tearing tickets??? Crazy
Premium seats should have legroom this one didn't have it. I had 2 free checked bag but I got charged for while it shows on my reservation
The aircraft were very clean and well-maintained. The crew was very professional, and I would not hesitate to fly with this airline again. In fact, it will probably be my go to airline for flying in Southeast Asia.
Phillipines customs is so corrupt. After they made me lose my whole Thailand trip air Asia only made me wait 3 hours to get my bags and did not reschedule another flight. Philippine government treat their citizens like China and makes it horribly difficult to leave, just to leave.
