Crew was excellent as always. Boarding is a little crazy but manageable. Entertainment could be better and a few more food choices

Crew was excellent as always. Boarding is a little crazy but manageable. Entertainment could be better and a few more food choices

Flight was on time , flight was great . Crew gave 100% to make sure everyone was comfy. Bags arrived fast . All around great job by everyone.

Crew were decent. For 14+ hour flight, the leg room was cramping, the food is terrible, no flavor, no taste. I wouldn't fly this airline again just dreading about their bland, flavorless food offerings. It was cheap flight, arrived early in jfk but waited > hour to get to the gate. Not sure if that was flight crew's fault or airport fault. But it made me not to fly this airline again

Everything went excellent! I worried a little about my luggage, cause i had a long stop at Qatar Airport (DOHA) on my way back, but everything went perfect!!! Great Airline, great pilots, the crew is amazing!!!! Respect for the people doing amazing things who nobody sees!!! I am from the Netherlands... Our stupid airport could learn a lot of Philippines Airlines.

They asked me to go down to economy when i booked for comfort class

amazing service for a 4hr flight, great selection of movies and music, blanket options, good toilets

The staff seemed nice. The plane is small and being tall you can experience discomfort

Flight stewards were sometimes short when passengers made requests at the same time. The requests were simple but a smile & a remark of "I'll get to you soon" instead of a curt & passing "Wait a minute." Flying is not cheap & good manners should be a given when taking care of people cramped in seats for longer than ten hours. The food tasted great but doesn't look appetizing. The mid-meal break food or merienda were great in the last two flights I was on.

It was amazing with great service. But the seating could have been better if there was ample arm rest areas

Our flights were delayed multiple times and we had less than an hour connection time before our flight took off. Arrived late with only 25 minutes before next flight but no ground crew helped us to get to our next gate even though our flight crew assured us we would get some help. Transitioned to another flight in MNL terminal 1 but got stuck at security so then had to run to make connection. To top it off our luggage didnt make it either. Paid for biz class seats but did not receive biz class experience. The flight crew, food and entertainment were all excellent. We just wish we didnt feel so stressed about connection and not having luggage until the next day.

You are asking me how was my flight well you ruined all my plans for Sunday you changed my flight from 10 am until 5pm and offered no compensation except a phony plastic fake apology

Cebu Pacific is just ok. Not really a budget airline as tickets can be pricey especially the add-ons. Releasing of checked-in baggage also took a long time to be available for pick-up. I also have a pending issue with Go Rewards where the my membership ID was automatically removed from the booking so the points were not awarded, and it has not been fixed for months already.

At the boarding gate there were repeated announcements about the plane being full and there not being enough overhead storage and how we were only allowed one cabin bag and anything else would be charged. Piranha staff made me pay for an extra bag...when I got on the plane, there were empty seats galore, not full at all. I will avoid these people in future.

Leaving early was wonderful your seats are for a small person

Passengers seemed to ignore zone boarding which added some chaos. Actual flight was fine. CebPac charges for water and snacks. De-boarding involved steps from a plane, then a bus and a very long ride to the terminal. Baggage signage was updated after luggage came on the carousel, so this was confusing.

Terrible. Not to be trusted. I missed a flight from Manila due to 3+ hours in traffic to the airport. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. I booked a new flight. The cost was steep. And on my credit card online account, Cebu Pacific charged me for two tickets, yet I'm traveling alone, one person. They are impossible to reach and pathetic customer service. My credit card company is looking into it. NEVER, NEVER fly Cebu Pacific. They will rip you off. They don't care, they don't have to. Fly another airline in the Philippines.

Most passengers going to Dumaguete early are tourists who are some booked thier ferry online. Mine was wasted because of delays cause by waiting on runway before taking off and too long before they let us go down...I could still make it in time if they let us go down early. We are just there waiting to go down the plane for 10-15mins.

We were allowed to board early, seats were spacious and we arrived early.

The seats were dirty. Food on tray table. Late on my first flight and almost an hour early on the return. My driver was unable to adjust and I had to pay for different ground transportation.

I had excellent experienced flying with Cebu Pacific on my domestic flight. However, no food and beverage serve might be due to short travel time of 40 minutes.

Of the discount airlines, I find AirAsia at the better end of the spectrum. Planes are clean and comfortable. Staff are polite and a bit directive (good in the Philippines). Bring your own snacks and water, or pay premium prices for these while flying.

Didn’t like anything and nothing could be better because they delayed my same flights 4 times!

It didn't crash. But it was a bit delayed!

Pleasant airline over all. On time, efficient, nice staff and good food.

This flight was excellent in all ways if they could repeat it consistently they would grow immediately

Philippines AirAsia is never on-time flight, delayed 3 hours. Everything else was fine though.

Service it was good Lower airfare and discount for loyal customer

Premium seats should have legroom this one didn't have it. I had 2 free checked bag but I got charged for while it shows on my reservation

The aircraft were very clean and well-maintained. The crew was very professional, and I would not hesitate to fly with this airline again. In fact, it will probably be my go to airline for flying in Southeast Asia.

Phillipines customs is so corrupt. After they made me lose my whole Thailand trip air Asia only made me wait 3 hours to get my bags and did not reschedule another flight. Philippine government treat their citizens like China and makes it horribly difficult to leave, just to leave.
