Taking the train is easy. If not allow at least 2 hours if it’s a morning flight. Also if you have to pay extra baggage. Ensure it’s paid before you go through immigration. Enjoy!
ScoutFlew with เจ็ทสตาร์-Mar 2026
There will be no internet or phone reception from the moment you start boarding. Send your goodbye messages before boarding. Wish they offered at least free wifi for messaging apps like WhatsApp. This seems to be common in Europe and great to include.
IvanFlew with United Airlines-Mar 2026
Ensure you have everything you need before going, and be aware of where everything is, like your gates. Have the entry forms like etravel done in advance and don't bring anything unnecessary.
Goh Hua ShengFlew with เตอร์กิชแอร์ไลน์-Feb 2026
early check in at the counter is available just that the downside would be arriving at an odd timing if stopping in singapore.
Verified travelerFlew with แควนตัสแอร์เวย์-Jan 2026
leave time to get to next gate. some are a long walk.
StephenFlew with เจ็ทสตาร์-Jan 2026
Pack light bring snacks and entertainment. It’s just a seat.

- eat before flying. - bring your own entertainment like movies, tv

Download movies etc in advance so you don’t reply on WiFi onboard

SQ is a market leader for good reason and its 787 this time was actually comfortable and the service top notch as always.

The flight arrived on time. 2×2 seating meant no one needed to sit in the middle. This was a connectibf flight from Singapore and required going to 3 counters in different levels to check a golf bag

The crew and their service was top notch, but the plane itself seemed to be on the older side and worn out. Also, the food could’ve been better. 9 out of 10.

The experience was poor in comparison to the flight to Manado from Singapore via Scoot. Gate against could only check in stroller to Singapore (by clearing immigration) or to Brisbane. Who is able to carry their baby for 7 hour transit without having to enter Singapore?

Too many luggages for 1 passenger (4 bags) will make all the overhead luggage bins a challenge to fit them all. Some have oversized hand carry as in like back packer size bags shouldn’t be allowed as handcarry.

I requested an aisle seat and got a middle seat The flight gate was changed and the flight was delayed

They made me check my carry on even though there was room We un boarded in a strange way but overall it was good

The seat comfort, the food and of course the crew, they made you feel welcome and relaxed 😊

There’s a reason SIN is on of the BEST airline in the world.

I was very impressed with this airline. The plane was clean. The attendance were nice and it was a great comfortable experience. The zipper on my suitcase broke after I checked it, and they wrapped it all Thailand plastic wrap to prevent it from coming apart during the flight. When I got to Los Angeles, all of my items were safe and still in the bag. That is above and beyond!

Cabin crew were really good. Flying in to Perth from Adelaide on domestic flight. The arrival for wheel chair use however has no air bridge provided. Unloading meant a scissor lift. Otherwise a good service.

I was treated poorly in Dunedin by check in crew, then my bag was lost in Auckland. Never again.

no announcement about why we where delayed which is very poor

Very quiet plane!! One of the quietest planes we have been on.

Overall, it was good. The only concern was that I couldn't charge my phone because the USB port didn't work after we took off. One of the crew members tried to restart it but never came back to me with an update.

Flight was fine but a domestic flight was called by Jetstar international. This meant going through immigration and custom scanning twice. Long queues were experienced which were frustrating. We were using a wheelchair and exit at Perth needed a scissor lift as no air bridge provided. No fast lane at Perth for wheelchair. The staff were helpful but this system is poor.

Flight was as expected - we got what we paid for which was a base fare

Entertainment wasn’t working! It didnt work on our flight from Darwin to Bali either. They were newish planes, so it was disappointing.

It may have been a result of earlier issues with a previous plane, causing delays, but the staff were not nearly as smiley as the previous Jetstar flight I was on. Also, they started boarding before the plane was empty...so we moved from one line into another line. They should have just waited until the plane was empty to avoid waiting in two lines.

Every single one of my flight were delayed. On top of that when I asked for water I didn’t get it the first time. I had to ask for it multiple of time.
