This was the first time traveling with China Airlines. The Crew, were all professional and bilingual. The aircraft was clean and comfortable. I upgraded to even more space; that process was simple and not super expensive. The meals served were adequate and tasty, and the choices were suitable. After experiencing long flights and being a passenger with China Airlines, I must say I will travel with them again Sincearly Anthony
We were not sat together for the longeset duration of our travel very uncomfortable didnt enjoy that they fed us at 2 am
The crew were professional and attentive. Blankets and pillows were on each seat which was appreciated. The food was served warm and had a balance of various nutritional options. As far as the monitor there were not enough English speaking choices and foreign shows did not offer English captions.
Everything was fine except the seats were quite compressed and hard for the 12 hour flight
The crew was very professional and friendly. Although there was a water leak from panel above, the crew was trying to mitigate the consequence. We are happy with its service and the value offered. We will definitely take China Airlines again.
Well, we upgraded and on a 14 hour flight not sure how we would tolerate it otherwise. The upgrades are ridiculously expensive and even with empty seats even in first class it was difficult to upgrade. Probably won’t fly China Air again due to this. The attendants tho were much better than the airlines in the states and there attentiveness and care for your comfort far exceeds other airlines in the states.
Flight attendants. Food, entertainment and most of all, be on time.

The flat bed full lying position is not comfortable at all, this could be improved, it is at an awkward position which i dont have the same issues with other airlines business class.
The flight was uneventful and the crew was kind and professional. Really appreciate the option to order a vegan meal for the flight!
Delayed us three times, changed gates twice, and then tried to charge for food on the plane.
Not good in terms of amenities. For over 6 hours they don’t even provide complementary drinks or snacks-forget about dinner or lunch.
Very good, it would be good if payment for drinks could be accepted by card too.
Very few crew meant that we had to wait almost 2 hours just the get a drink!
Thai Air Asia no longer has customer support that you can call and talk to. All support is done by chat bot or self help websites. This can be a major issue if you have a problem and it bit us so we can’t recommend nor will we book with them again unless as a last resort.
No way to talk to support. Is all online self help or chat bot. Now way to speak to a person and the automated options are useless.
Good, no mini-tv's, no food unless you pay, good overall experience.
ได้นั่งรถไปขึ้นเครื่อง แอบเสียใจอยู่ พอขึ้นไปถึง มีคนมานั่งในที่นั่งเราอีก ไม่รู้เจ้าหน้าที่บนเครื่องไปแนะนำผู้โดยสารท่านอื่นยังไง เขาเข้าใจผิดว่าที่นั่ง C คือข้างหน้าต่าง และเที่ยวบินนี้ ดีเลย์แล้วดีเลย์อีก จากทุ่มสองทุ่ม ดีเลย์ไปถึงห้าทุ่มกันเลยทีเดียว ถ้ามีไฟลท์ต่อกันนี่คงไม่รอดแน่นอน
CNX is a filthy, poorly kept airport. I have heard that Thailand plans to build another airport in San Kampaeng area, so perhaps they are just letting this one go. But it makes every airline look badly to offer their service in such a poorly organized "dump". Sorry to say this, but that's what it's like. At least the AirAsia flight which I took was on time! I appreciate that.
Air Asia will be my choice of airline when I fly to Asia every 6 to 8 weeks. Thank you for your good service.

Philippines AirAsia is never on-time flight, delayed 3 hours. Everything else was fine though.
The flight was delayed by an hour . Traveling with 75 year old father was difficult and then when he asked for water he was asked to purchase :-) . Overall just an ok experience.
They wouldn't even allow us to bring water from the fountain on board the aircraft.

We had three flight delays before eventually taking off 3 hours late. Inflight service was very limited, but it was a relatively short flight. Luggage was delivered promptly.
Our flight was canceled and then moved and delayed twice and we ended up leaving almost 11 hours after our schedule.
Nothing really - no food crammed seats - felt squashed - no entertainment, not even a bottle of water - would never use again.
No REFUND!!! My flight was delayed by 5 hours then 6 more hours making it unusable. No refunds!!!! They called it a minor delay. Because my connecting flight wasn't with kayak, no refund.
Clark security personnel are absolutely the worst. I was threatened by their chief of security for asking a question about what is allowed as a carry on.
