There was no screens on the flight, and no wifi with which we could connect to the internet and stream any content. This was a smaller plan so the business class seats were a bit tight. No hot towels or welcome drinks like when you fly on the bigger TG on the same route. The food was excellent, much better than the previous Thai airways business class meals. It was also nice that they offered eye masks for easy sleeping.
Excellent airline. The plane was clean and the staff were very attentive
I'm not interested in improving the airline. Therefore, I won't explain this in more detail. Next time I'll try a different one.
The flight (boarding) was delayed by 40-50 minutes and there was very crowed. They need to improve on the timeliness & boarding process. (They asked passenger to board in groups, but the 2nd group was standing there waiting for 20 minutes!). However, services from the crew was very good, also the food was good as well. I also found the legroom was quite comfortable.
Except that our flight was cancelled, by mail, and later moved to 12 hours prior, then the experience was good. In Bangkok we were offered a hotel, it was fine, but would have been nice to know in advance😉

Delayed flight in Singapore caused the transfer at Bangkok to be very stressful. Fortunately, no elderly were in this trip, else it will not be possible to catch the connecting flight. There were also several occasions throughout the flight journey where some of the passengers were not wearing their seat belts despite several remainders from the stewardess.
USB charging port was not working at my seat 48K.
Always liked Thai Airways but in the past they have been very expensive, not being a millionaire just yet, I will use cheaper airlines. Bangkok to London £370 11 hours 45 mins. Old plane but ok. Lovely ladies on board, very polite. Food was ok. Will always use them if the price is right.
Could have been better. I prefer Thai airlines only but it hasnt been reliable.

I don't know other staff but the guy who checked me in was completely non friendly. Did not greet even. Looks like he is not the man for this job. In flight crew was good but they were all messed up with the delivery of special meal. Looks like they were delivering special meal for the first time. Gifts for Umrah travelers were distributed to few travellers as they ran out of back packs. Even in soft drinks coke was not available. Totally understand satisfied.
Food, comfort and entertainment all good. Boarding was messy. Apparent lack of staff to keep things orderly.
Feral children not being controlled by Turkish parents should be addressed by crew rather than allowing them to disrupt the passengers around them. The flight is a paid service and poor behaviour should be addressed.
to improve boarding at Naples the least they should do is to call and board by sections
Bussing in a major flight is idiotic. Cabin was too warm. Food was bland and felt old
No control at all at the gate , passengers were not cuing up, , some were very loud , no action taken by the attendants . It looked more like a heard of animals then humans boarding a plane .
The airplane from IAD to Istanbul was too old. The chairs were to tight and uncomfortable. I continued my travel from Istanbul to Bangkok. This airplane was better and newer than the first one. Even food was better.
They use a smaller international plane and quarters are tighter, space smaller, and the flight is still 12 hours, then fight attendants are ruff, food is bad, cherry juice spilled by flight attendant and she comes back to ask why have we not changed yet could it be we didn’t have any clothes to change into and seat is all wet and we had to sit there for 12 hours
